A couple of weeks ago ,my starter armature assembly came apart ,grounding out against itself and as a result it fried my battery, coil, and ICM . After replacing all of them, as well as the camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor , distributor cap and rotary button, the truck will crank and run smoothly while it is cool, but when it reaches normal operating temperature and I accelerate ,at about 2000 rpm. it suddenly drops off as if it is running out of gas and begins to sputter and pop as though it has jumped time. I can floor it and it will hesitate then the passing gear kicks in and the engine will tack up to 4200 rpm if I hold the pedal down that long, however it is not pulling like it should be , given the rpm .I can ease my foot up off of the pedal and when I reach the same position it began acting up, it will suddenly clear up and run smoothly again .I have replaced the fuel filter three times just to be sure, as well as checking the TPS and harness connector with my digital multi-meter and checked the idol air sensor and harness connector with the multi-meter and found no problems there. I also back-probed the TPS wire and connected my meter to it then cycled the throttle up and down several times and the readings travelled up and down with it as they should. I have a friend who is an ASE certified and a very good mechanic also, we hooked his laptop and fuel pressure gauge to my truck and took it for a drive, to find that the fuel pressure is fine and that the timing is not advancing after 2000 rpm but is actually dropping to 5 and 7 for some reason. The only codes that are set after clearing them and driving again are "P0131" sensor circuit low volts (bank 1 sensor 1)-"P0141"02 sensor heater circuit malfunction ( bank 1 sensor 2) and "P1406" which is a manuf. specific code for bad EGR valve. I checked the EGR with my meter and the sensor side is good but the solenoid side is bad . The truck has 361,000 miles and the original PCM, however the new engine only has 26,000 miles. Any ideas ? I'm running out of parts to throw at this thing and money to throw at the parts house. HHHEEEEELLLLLPPPPP!!!!!!!!!

chec kfor a clogged egr valve and passages and check distributor for a bad gear with your miles and a hardened cam with the gear it may have worn the gear out causing this and maybe one or two other codes. also have battery checked for condition including load test poor batteries will do this as well. autoparts do for free
