All of a sudden it started coughing and spluttering?

I was driving all of a sudden it started coughing and spluttering now it turns over but it wont fire

Yep, the crankshaft angle sensor will cause this problem, here is a video to help you change it out to fix the problem. To be sure try to start it on starting fluid, if it wont run do the sensor if it does run I would swap out the fuel pump.
