Can you walk me through removing the bed on my 1997 S-10 Extended cab Pick up? I assume there is only one bed size for the extended cabs that year.
Where would be the best place to find a bed for that truck in Salt Lake City, Utah? Thanks

The bed is basically just bolted to the frame. You need to craw under the truck to locate the bolts and then remove them. After they are removed, remove the screws that hold the filler tube to the body. Next, unsecure any wires, grounds. That are attached to the bed. Once everything is disconnected, then have a couple helpers lift it from the frame with you.

As far as where to get a bed, I don't know the area you live in. Check around the salvage yards for a good one.
