That would be a GEO prism. What engine does it have?

I know that, but there is no idication of which fuse it is. Where is the fuse, which one is it?

if it even has a fuse it will be in junction block 3 in center of dash by fp relay.

It has a 1.6L L4 Fl engine

That circuit doesn't have a dedicated fuse. The fuel pump relay is powered by the EFI relay which is powered by the IGN fuse which also powers numerous other things..
That would be fuse #5
