Stereo Installation Trouble

I drive a C2500 and I am having trouble installing my new stereo. Right now I am using a harness to convert it to the new stereo, but one wire does not exist on it, the "Lights" or orange wire. I connected the wires (Ground-Ground, Live-Live, etc.)cbut I AM NOT getting any power to the stereo. Is it the Harness or the Lights wire?
