The only thing you can do is look for carbon blocking the pindle from seating. Otherwise, replace it

That's a insufficient flow code so the egr isn't working its stuck closed or the egr port is clogged. When you push the egr pintle down does it go down smoothly? Or is it hard to push then suddenly pops loose and free?Also remove the egr valve and start the engine for a few seconds the engine should race and you should hear a loud exhaust leak?

I am not having any drivability problems such as pinging pre-ignition knock when the engine is under load

That doesn't matter because code is low flow not too much flow please try what I asked?
