Air conditioner Low Pressure Port Location

I have a 1997 Luminia and I need to recharge my AC. The question I have is where is the low pressure port located? I only see a green cap with Evap. on it. Please help its getting hot need my air to be colder.

It's on the accumulator which is under the air filter box.
