The abs light stay on all the time I scan the computer it had code >po401 > po420 is any of these codes causing the abs light to stay on all the time?

Check abs codes. Those are c type codes. The p0401 is for egr. The p0420 is for twc, three way catalytic converter. I'd look at the egr code first. As far as the cat, check the 02 sensors, also.

As far as the abs lite, on some makes and models, I've seen a faulty charging system, cause that. Might not be your problem though?
