Cooling fans

The cooling fans on my 1997 corvette dont run. I have unplugged the collant temp sensor in the block and jumped the plug but they still dont run. I have also tested the relays under the hood. Any ideas

There are three relays all ground controled by PCM do they come on with AC?

If not, test the fan motors themselves next.

AC wont run either. I assume it is because the fan wont run. AC comes on then goes off immediately.

Check engine light on? Any other problems?

Check engine light is not on. No other problems I am aware of. Car works great, just no cooloing fans

Have you ran power to fans see if they work? PCM controls AC operation also
