1997 Chevrolet Camaro Tail Light Stoped Working Sudden Head Lights Work

I have 1997 Camaro the tail light stoped working all of a sudden but the head lights work. When I replaced the fuse in the fuse box the fuse blew when I turned on the light. What's the problem? Also my dashboard lights went out to ,how much would it cost to replace?

you have ahosrt someplcae on that side that is not working have a pro look at it.
