1997 Chevrolet Camaro Changing Cigarette Lighter Car Blew Fuse Replaced Fuse

I was changing my cigarette lighter in my car and blew a fuse. I replaced the fuse now my car wont stay started. If I hold down the acceleration pedal it will stay started but the min I press on the brakes my car stops running. I checked all the fuses and they are fine. what else could it be?

Fuse that blew #11 25 amp in INST panel Box? and it is not blown now and lighter works?
