My heat works intermittently. It does not turn-on on command. Only at random times I will hear the fans blowing. Once its on most of the time its good until I turn the car off. Its the same with a/c. The temperature is fine (when it decides to kick-in)I have checked fuses and switches everything seems to be in order. I am not sure where to begin.

The next time it's not working, access the blower motor under the dash on the passenger side and rap it with a screwdriver handle. If it starts then, replace the blower motor.
