Water Drip Mystery

Hi. I have a water drip (97 Seville) that seems to be coming from somewhere below the plate where the bottom radiator hose attaches to the block..it's a little hard to see, but definitely not the hose and from somewhere below that hose attachment nipple. Any ideas?

these things can hard to locate. does it do it cold/not running? or just when been driven?

It appears to only drip when the engine is running...hot or cold.

check the water pump weep hole. in some cases they leak while running, sometimes they leak while off when seals are about to fail.
