Theft system won't allow car to start I've tried all suggestions except changing cylinder and key. I've read on this site something about a resistor that you can install to bypass security system. . Couldn't find any links for wiring diagram or what resistor to purchase at Radio Shack. If anyone could please send me information it would be a great blessing . juanm31972@gmail.com. thank you

What are the events which led up to the anti-theft system keeping you car from starting?
Why are you so sure that it is the anti-theft system?

If the starter motor cranks over then the fault is not in the PASS-KEY III system.

Check the 15 amp IGN SW fuse in the rear junction box.
Check the 10 amp IP fuse and 30 amp START circuit breaker in the underhood junction block.

What procedure did you use to re-program your system?
