I am replacing the rear struts. I need to know where the ride control compressor drier and fuse are located? What do I need to do when I get the new struts on car? Do I have to change drier and power up system to bleed out?

With the key off, there is very little air in the strut. You can just remove the clip and connector. No, you do not need to change the drier unless you see water in the line.
There is no bleeding process for the air suspension.
