97 Cad.deville the air compressor cycle about four times and stop cycling;how can I tell if air is in the system I check the pressure when cycling gauge readabout 40 cycling stop gauge goes in the red.how can I test the pressure cycling switch and the clutch coil

You gave one pressure the low side i need both the high pressure and low pressure readings when its cycling.
