1997 Cadillac Catera Had Coil Pack Replaced 3 Times Recently Missing Again

We have had the coil pack replaced 3 times recently, and it is missing again, codes P0304, and P0301. Obviously it is not the coil pack, what else could cause this?

check fuel pressure if ok then check compression shold be 46-59 key on engine off
