I have a 1997 buick skylark and it overheats very easily. The coolant spews out when hot and it gets hot in 2 minutes or less. I was told it was either the radiator, the thermostat or the head gasket. I need help

I just bought the car and a mechanic looked at it and said it was fine and that it just needed the fuel evap. And when I drove to sf and was on my way back, thats when all the problems started
