why wont my cooling fans come on in my 1997 buick riviera supercharged 3.8 i changed the sensor and my fuses are good is it the relays

Could be the fan relays or the computer itself

thanks will they work if just one relay is good is it likely that both relays went out at the same time

thee are three relays and one can affect the othertwo. i'm sending the schematic and you can check it from there.
