1997 Buick Regal Gs Hi Guys After Starting Shifting Into D R Will Make Soft

1997 Buick Regal GS' Hi guys! After starting and then shifting into D or R, my Regal will make a soft low grinding/linkage shifting like noise at very low accelleration. It will happen even if I coast in reverse out of the parking garage. Only happens after that first engine startup.
Tranny seems to be fine!

have a trans guy look at this for a better diagnosis. hard for us to properly diagnose something like that without looking at it.
