My brother has a 1997 Buick Regal GS SuperCharged with a 3.8. We recently replaced his power steering rack & now he is having a fuel issue. His tank pressure is high & it seems like it building up condensation on the inside of the fuel cap. He said when he tried to take the cap off it tried to shoot off not real hard but not loke normal. He said he could smell a strong fuel ordor? I told him I am unsure & possibly a clog, the resistor or injectors may be the problem. Mind you that we are also in Phoenix, Arizona & it is super hot outside... Any ideas?
