will a weak or no spark from a coil pack cause a drop in oil pressure?

Coil pack for cylinder 6 is weak, swapped coil packs around, no codes yet but still has a slight knock when revved up, none at idle. Oil pressure drops after 10 minutes. Cause?

need more info like how low does it go and if it' knocking when revved up have a pro check it for a rod knock. Also check the bpressure by manual gauge always before jumping to conclusions.
