When i turn my defrost on or heater panel, it sometimes turn on and sometimes it doesn't but makes a noise like it wants to run...im not machanically inclined...lol...jst the detail and art aspect of vehicles...so what do u think it sounds like??? Thanx for the imput...

It sounds like the blower relay may be failing. They don't always fail alll at once and will fail slowly causing odd problems such as yours.
