1997 Buick Lesabre Stumbling ,when accelerate

My1997 Buick lesabre stumbles when accelerate , it use to do this on hills now it happens even highway speed ,but it seems to happen when I have been traveling awhile like it has to get hot before it starts ,jumping ,stumbling ,like it's choking then I let off gas for it to stop ,until it happens again..I have cleaned mass sensor .changed Plugs wires , I'm a girl so I need help ,also I had a code which was torque converter and code went off ...

Try checking the TPS and Map sensors-Start here

You said try TPS and map sensor I cleaned the mass and what do I do withe TPS what am I checking for , I'm a girl so give me a hand here . Lol thank you

Thanks for you help .. Now I'm in need of some codes which I did look up . P0446 ...p1554 ...p0136....p1870 ... Don't know where to start .. I had a small leak next to gas tank right at the connector but couldn't get the connector off hasn't leaked sense I fooled with it , I know I need to look at EVAP area and so on . I need some help I am a girl I need images if anybody can give me some ideas
