Stalls first time it is started

First time I start the car it stalls most times, 2nd attempt it almost stalls and then keeps running, drives fine and has plenty of power.
engine does have a rap when it first start running when it is cold and sometimes when it is warm but does not knock or rap when driving.
MAF and idle air control are brand new.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure. You might also check compression and taek to a pro so he can diagnose the rap you are talking about.

No codes stored or pending, engine has great compression, if the fuel pressure is low I imagine it would lose power driving and it has plenty. The rap I believe is lack of oil pressure at start, it is just not always staying running 1st crank, 2nd and it will try to stall but catch itself, does not always do it, once it is running it is fine
