1997 BMW 740 Electrical problems

My 1997 740IL had been sitting down for time. I recently had a battery installed. Now my wipers, seats, heater, sun roof, steering control won't work. Any help on this one? All so, my radio had static in the speakers.

The general module controls all those functions and has a known failure signature as you have reported, it will be VIN specific, call 619-444-2290 and talk to Sean or John for the replacement module
