My coolant tank keeps splitting after about 4-5 months.

The coolant tank has been replaced 4 times in 1 1/2 years, just recent I had a hole in the upper hose assembly. Now I have a front seal leaking on the water pump.

you have a pressure issue causing all these problems. have the cap check for the correct release pressure. have the thermostat checked for proper operation and lastly, have the radiator checked for flow as it may be clogged forcing too much internal pressure.
