water pump good, thermostat good, no coolant leaks. I have tried bleeding the system it wont work there is air in both radiator hoses and air in the engine. It has no heat coming out and the engine is overheating. The upper radiator hose gets hot but the lower hose does not. What would cause the system not to bleed and i know how to bleed it so its not my technique. Help

blown head gasket would be the reason.

how bad did it overheat???

get a leak down test done to confirm before assuming anything
