need to switch temperature display from Fareinheit to Centigrades how can i do so ???

It is hard to say how much it will take. In the least you will need the gauges and sensors.
The question is wilkl you need a European computer. If that is true then there may be other things you will need to adress.
More than likely the gauges and the sensor will work.
