Is there anything else I should go ahead and maintain or replace while I'm doing the replacement and have access? Blower motor has been intermittently blowing and not blowing, and makes a humming sound when blowing. Sounds like the bearing is shot. I've already purchased one but was wondering how I replace it and if there are other things I should replace or maintain while I have access (i.e. cabin filter, cleaning, lubricating, etc.)

We have general replacement directions on our homepage under the DIY section. For specifics, you will need a specific manual for your car.
