I cant take off the tire

I got a flat and took all of the bolts off except the one that is in the center. it seems something holding it from back. I used W40.then kicked the tire and then tried to release it. but it didn't work. checked the emergency Brake and it was off!

it's probably rust holding it. make sure it is off the ground and a jack stand holding it then take your foot and kick around tire to break it loose.
