My car was driven up onto a medium and I've been told that my car needs new struts ,ball joints and bushings. Is it harder on the car by going the back roads to work which is lots of stop and go and turning or is it safer to drive the freeway at 60 -70mph Thanks Mike.

I'm not sure what you are asking. If the parts were damaged, they should be repaired regardless of how fast you drive the vehicle. If a ball joint fails, a front wheel will collapse. It isn't safe no matter what speed.
