does odometer display km or miles?

Thinking of buying a 97 acura tl and as i was reading consumer reviews, people would mention how many km were on their vehicles. Does the odometer display km or mi?

My information in the manual doesn't say. Some vehicles have a switch that you can alternate between km or mph. My vehicle actually has this. My suggestion is to call the service department and see.
