97 acura RL car alarm

97 Acura RL. Battery died, jumped it and now the car alarm keeps going off.

You need to deactivte the alarm. Close all doors and use the key to lock and unlock the driver door.

If this fails, try using the passenger door.

Insert ignition key and turning it on should deactivate the alarm, unless the alarm is after market, then you need to locate the toggle switch and press it with ignition turned on.

yea thanks that was the first thing i tried. I think its the fuse i need to pull out. The SRS is not in the box under the hood. Wheres the second fuse box?

Is it after market or factory system?

A bad fuse can prevent you from deactivating the system.

The other fusebox is underdash, left kick panel.
