Oil leaks

WHy does my car leak oil from were the oil filter connects to the sandwich adaptor everytime its turned on? I barely gave it an oil change.

Can't really tell from where I'm sitting but the two most likely causes of an oil leak at the filter is it isn't tight or the old gasket stuck in place and got overlooked. Usually that "double-gasket" will blow out and cause a big leak.
