car stalls and****** when i slow down

i crack my oil pan and i replaced it .... so know the car is hard to start and when it does i have to gas it to keep it running. and there is a loud noise coming from the left side of the car

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs-also try cleaning out the idle air control valve and also test the TPS sensor-
