Power Door locks won't stay locked

The problem occurred after I set off the car alarm. I don't use the keyless remote so I'm not sure how the alarm got set. Now the passenger side lock responds to the button but immediately pops back out and the drivers side lock make a very small movement but does't lock. Both door can be locked manually from the inside and with the key from the outside.
