I need help with my brakes!

The component (I've been told maybe it's the slave cylinder) that sits above the front passenger fender (it's the thing you put more brake fluid into) seems to be leaking a little. The master cylinder (that sits close to the dash on the drivers side) was also out of brake fluid. Filled that up, but still no brakes. The brake lines don't seem to be leaking any fluid. Please, someone help me out!

THE BRAKE JUICE LEAKED OUT SOMEWHERE!

NOW THE SYSTEM IS NOW FULL OF AIR (AND STILL HAS A LEAK)---YOU NEED THE COMPONENT THAT IS LEAKING REPAIRED......THEN THE WHOLE SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE BLED TO REMOVE THE AIR

DEF--MASTER CYLINDER....OPERATES BRAKES

DEF--CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER....OPERATES THE SLAVE CYLINDER, WHICH OPERATES THE CLUTCH SYSTEM ON A MANUAL TRANSMISSION VEHICLE



ANY IDEAS ON WHO CAN DO THIS PROPERLY FOR YOU AT A GOOD PRICE OR HOW TO FIND THEM?

Slave cylinders are only found at the wheels, not in the engine compartment. What you have described should be the ABS.

If the master cylinder ran out of fluid and there are no visible fluid leakages, you need to bleed the system before it can work as air has gone into the system. If you are not able to bleed the system, the master cylinder is most likely bad, leaking internally.
