My car misfires as the automatic choke is not working?

Your car doesn't have a choke. The first step should be to have the computer scanned for any stored trouble codes and post the numbers here.

Your system tracks misfires so if it is actually misfiring, the computer should have a code stored identifying the cylinder number.

You have to find it before you can correct it and that is going to require a knowledgeable tech with some professional equipment. That doesn't sound like what you have been dealing with.
