I checked my battery and have 12 volts at the terminals. I cleaned all the connections. My lights horn and everything else works. When I turn the key nothing happens except I do hear the fuel pump being energized. I took the small wire off the starter and put a meter on it and turned the key( no charge). The last thing I tried was bypassing the ignition and put 12 volts directly to the starter solenoid. The car started. I checked the clutch switch (even bypassed it) and it's good. Don't know what to do next.

Either the Ignition Switch is no good or the Alarm is preventing the
starter signal to reach the starter.

While turning the key to crank, apply pressure to the key Up/Down/Left/Right.

A worn Ignition Switch can still have a "sweet spot" that can be
reached by this method.

If the engine now cranks, replace the Ignition Switch.

If No Change... you need to remove the Ignition Switch Harness Plug
from the Ignition Switch and bridge the Big Red Wire with the Red/Blk
wire to see if she now cranks... don't forget to step on the clutch
pedal for the above tests.

If the Alarm is at fault... It can be bypassed for testing.

Agree with Thomas. Check the ignition switch.
