Hi, the Number 4 spark plug is always full of oil, approx 2 to 3 days after cleaning. Also needs frequent oil top-up. How do I stop the oil leak and where do I check for leakage. 1996 Toyota tazz 1.3 (Carb)

The only way you solve a problem like that is with different or remanufactured engine. That one has major internal issues.
