i just replaced the engine in my 96 tacoma 2.7 4x4.tried starting it, all electrical seemed to be working until I turned the ignition to the start position. starter kicked for about 1/2 a second then I lost all electrical power. no lights interior or exterior, no hazzards acts like the battery is disconnected. all fuses (in both fuse boxes) test good, I have power to both the fuse box in the engine compartment and the one under the dash. I am thinking it might be the ECM? chiltons manual mentions a circuit breaker but does not indicate its location, is there one?
