how do you disinfect the inside of a car from mold, viruses, germs etc ?

i bought a uses Rav 4 ....the second time i got inside to clean it, something from the inside of the car gave me a rash.

You would need to have the interior cleaned throughly as it could be chemicals that causes irritations. There are shops available doing the cleaning whereby the seats etc are cleaned with fabric cleaners and vacuumed dry.
