The 4-wheel drive lever is stuck in 4-high or 4-wheel drive high and it will not move out, or move at all how do I fix it? The car is a Toyota Prado 1996 model GXL. Also wondering if the Gear shift lever has to be realigned? Another thing, what position do the gear linkages need to be in?
