1996 Toyota Other Hi Steering Still Pulling Left After 4 Different

Hi please help, my steering is still pulling to the left after 4 different wheel alignments ,it is not the tyre pressure or tyre size problem or different tread patterns ,other symptom is my steering has a slit wobble.

Sounds typical of a broken tire belt. Switch the two front tires side-to-side. If it pulls the other way, it's a tire pull. If it goes straight, it's a tire pull. If it still pulls the same way, it still could be a tire pull but it's more likely there's a brake pull, or a case of "memory steer" caused most commonly by a binding upper strut mount.
