Land tank is running great! I had Toyota replace all engine gaskets at 207K $1950.00. Ouch! That said it does not leak a drop of oil. Also had the mass air flow sensor fail at about 210k. Other than that its running really good. Im considering taking it on a long road trip in a couple of months and am a bit nervous. Any thoughts on getting it ready for a 2K plus road trip? Its been maintained decently but not perfectly. Im the 2nd owner.

https://www.2carpros.com/questions/2007-ford-taurus-tune-up

THIS IS GONNA COST YOU ABOUT $30

IT'S GONNA TELL YOU "WHAT" AND "WHEN" THINGS SHOULDA BEEN DONE IN THE "SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE" SECTION.............AND EVEN "HOW TO" FURTHER ON IN

.........BEST TO CATCH UP!!!

WHEN YOU GO THRU THE WHOLE SECTION.....AND DO IT.....I'D SAY YOU HAVE DONE ALL YOU CAN DO TO BE PREPARED.

................JUST SHORT OF KEEPING SOME TOOLS AND A FEW SPARE PARTS WITH YOU.........A TIRE PLUG KIT......A $15 CIGARETTE LIGHTER COMPRESSOR AND SOME VARIOUS SIZE HOSE SPLICE COUPLINGS......OF COURSE SOME WATER AND SOME EXTRA FUEL AND A HEAVY COAT. THESE ARE ALWAYS NICE TO HAVE ALONG

MY JEEPS ARE PRETTY MUCH ROLLING ROAD SIDE EMERGENCY VEHICLES (MEANT FOR MYSELF, BUT HAVE HELPED OTHERS)

CATCH UP ON YOUR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
