I have a toyota model 1996. I am having a difficult time because the water goes out of the exhaust pipe even though the engine's already hot. I replaced the cylinder head assembly but still the water rans out of the exhaust pipe.

You may still have a gasket problem, you need to get a head check done and check spark plugs for water contamination, is the engine running rough? Check coolant system for internal leak, your head may be warped.
