1996 Toyota Corolla Had Four Speed Fan C And Heat Replaced 6yr Old

I have never had a problem with the four speed fan for a/c & heat. I replaced the 6yr old battery with a new one yesterday and now I have no fan for the heat or defroster. I checked all the fuses and replaced one that was questionable for the kick panel labeled a/c & heat. Every other electrical component is working. (Headlights, brake, turn, radio, dash & instrument panel. Please try to help me . Thanks.
