how to fix radiator fan if it off?

Unplug the radiator fan connector and apply battery voltage to one terminal and ground the other terminal. If motor does not work, it is bad and has to be replaced.

If fan works, check the fan relays and fuses.

Does both fans turn on when A/C is turned on?
