Sunroof hose was clogged. Seats, roof and carpet got wet. Cleaned out hose and everything dried out. Now had rain for a couple of days which now the carpet on passenger front and back is soaked. No signs that it came from the sunroof. The roof and seats stayed dry and windows and doors were tightly closed. Can't locate where the rain is now coming in at.

Flip up the carpet and use a garden hose to simulate heavy rain. It could be from the doors if the plastic seal behind the door trim is not properly sealed. alternatively it could be from the drain hose at pillar.
